Someone who truly listeners to you without judgement or need to change anything is healing in itself. In the end we all want to be heard and seen. When this process starts externally, it’s easier to shift from fear to love, and heal within. To come back to the essence of who we truly are. What is often needed first is a space where it feels safe, so the ego and inner child can relax. ⠀
